From my Inner Wise Self

Tonight while I was participating in my class with SARK. We were encouraged to write a letter from our Inner Wise Self, the part of ourselves that knows us, sees us and supports us.

We had four minutes.

Here is the message from my letter.

Maybe the message is for you as well?

I see you resisting your heart

living in the fearful place

The light shines there too

I am here holding a candle 

when you are ready ~ I am here

I see you, I know your heart 

I feel your darkness ~ yet

I do not dwell with you there

I dance in the light, play in the shadows 

singing your name ~ 

calling to your heart ~ whispers in the wind

I am here.  Light a candle.

Call my name and together; we dance
